Staff Bios

Cathy Munson, CPM, CSM, CCIM
General Manager

Cathy Munson is responsible for overseeing the operation and performance of The Bravern. Cathy brings over twenty years of experience in class-A office building management where she has been responsible for the asset performance, both operationally and financially. Cathy is highly skilled in leasing, property management, tenant relations, construction management and all financial and operational aspects of property and asset management. Cathy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Oregon. She also holds the professional designations of CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). She also holds a Washington State associate broker’s license. Cathy is a prominent member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as well as the Building Owners and Manager’s Association (BOMA) and the CCIM Institute, serving in leadership roles in these professional organizations. Cathy also is an instructor and frequent speaker at industry educational events.

Anne Clayton
Assistant General Manager

Anne is responsible for the day to day operations at The Bravern. She comes to this team after assisting in the leasing of 750,000 SF of Class A office space at The Bravern. Her main duties include managing the two office buildings, construction management, project management of all onsite activities, reporting and forecasting operating budgets, creating and maintaining tenant relationships, negotiating and executing vendor contracts, and managing the procurement of The Bravern’s art program. Anne has been with Schnitzer West since 2006 and brings with her a degree in Finance from Western Michigan University. She is an active member of CREW and currently working towards her Real Estate License. She also volunteers her time with Dress for Success and currently holds the position of President of the Young Executives for Success board, a fundraising branch of the organization.

Tami Elwin
Marketing Manager

Tami is responsible for the marketing of The Shops at The Bravern, a 305,000 square foot retail platform anchored by a 125,000 square foot Neiman Marcus. Other key duties have included leasing and operating high rise office space, formulating marketing strategies for development projects and maintaining key relationships with tenants, owners and vendors. Tami brings over seven years of experience in property management and marketing in CBD high-rise office, urban retail, mixed use, and business parks. Tami earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Saint Martin’s College in Lacey, Washington. She also holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and serves as a Reach to Recovery Unit Coordinator for the American Cancer Society. She is a Bravo Club member and was a Hope Gala Committee Member for the American Cancer Society in 2009 and will be again for 2010.
